I use smartwatchm on my windows mobile phone (HTC Universal). I am also interested in sending commands to apps on my netbook with openwatch.
Watches can only be paired with one device can't they? So if I want to use both openwatch and smartwatchm I have to keep pairing the watch with smartphone or PC, is that correct?
But of course I can connect my smartphone to the PC using activesync.
Could smartwatchm use the activesync connection to send commands to openwatch? The activesync could be a USB cable or bluetooth connection. I guess you could write a mortscript on the PC to look for files (with commands) sent by scripts on the smartphone. Or perhaps you can send commands directly to openwatch, I don't know if that is possible?
Maybe that is a way to use openwatch and smartwatchm together without changing the pairing of the watch with PC or smartphone? |
