I can confirm that the appointment reminder doesn't work on OS 5.0. I will try to fix it.

It seems that the appointment item in calendar is no longer updated when the reminder is triggered (on 5.0). Adding reminder notifications would require more complex solution I currently do not plan.

Hi,

As I do not have a Blackberry data plan all my emails come through the Gmail app. Would it be possible for Openwatch to alert me and show a preview when recieving the emails via the Gmail app??

Thanks

My MBW150 worked perfectly for the first 2 weeks. The battery finally drained enough so that I had to recharge it. When I reconnected it to my BB Pearl Flip, it no longer shows any Bluetooth services. I have tried a factory reset on the watch, a wipe of the phone, and the refresh services option. I am now officially out of ideas. Has anyone else experienced this? I was such a happy camper for those two weeks.
Thanks,
Jody

Can I ask one?
What is the suitable version of BB OS for the OpenWatch ?
I really cannnot use "appointment remider notofication" function on the 5.0.0.592, I mean over 5.0 OS version ???
Please, show me your eminent ability under the over 5.0 verison

Thanks again for all about this.

Hi,

I have installed OpenWatch 0.1.7.3 on my blackberry 8900 (OS 5.0) and it's not working like it should. It doesn't display callers names/numbers - so it is usless at the moment
I have set all permissions to allow and done exactly everything mentioned in the first post.

BTW - it worked fine on older OS (4.6) on the same device (BB 8900). But after upgrade to OS 5.0 it's not working corectly any more

Any ideas how to get this great app working??

Hi,
i have a BB Bold (version 4.6) and the latest Openwatch installed.
unfortunately the reject incoming call doesn't work, the watch is stopping vibrating, but the phone is still ringing.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Is there a way to mute an event reminder? I can mute an incoming call, but my event reminders still make noise after being dismissed. If not this would be a useful feature. It is now the only reason I reach into my pocket. Thanks for the wonderful software, my donation is in.

No. Because of the notification system design on the watch.

Did you change the permission for key injection?

LG Prada Link is not supported.

What about "Whatsapp" add-on support? Its basically an app similar to BBM but you can message yours friends on thier iPhones, Symbian S60s & (soon to be released..) Androids. I currently use it on my nokia n78 aswell and havent turned back to SMS since... nearly all my contacts have smartphones. Saves me money too! If I could view Whatsapp messages on my MBW150, I'd have use for my lovely watch again!

Whatsapp MUST be on every iPhone homescreen!
